About Me:

Giddyap! I'm a New Jersey transplant who moved to the Wild West almost 30 years ago. Based in Scottsdale, Arizona, I write profiles, feature articles, essays and humor for national, regional and local publications.

I started out doing career and health articles for Weekly Reader, but soon expanded my audience to adults. My background is in education and libraries, which explains why research and clarity inform all my writings.

Some of my clients are PARENTING, VIM & VIGOR, NEWSWEEK, NATIONAL WILDLIFE, THE CHRISTIAN SCIENCE MONITOR, VERBATIM, VFW MAGAZINE, LET'S LIVE, REMEDY, AMERICAN FORESTS and E-ENVIRONMENTAL MAGAZINE.

I've also written newsletters, published a mini-book on music therapy (American Media, 2001) and worked on miscellaneous projects for educational companies.
